Dr. Ambedkar Vidyanikethan CBSE Model Residential School (MRS) at Njaraneeli in Thiruvananthapuram district of Thenoor Village, Kerala state for tribal students. This institution is run by the Government of Kerala under Scheduled Tribes Development Department. The school started functioning from Feb. 21st 2003. Presently the entire school building block comprising of the Primary block, Secondary Block, Senior Secondary block, Staff Quarters, Girls and Boys Hostel. The school is constructed in the Department land of 10 acres at Njaraneeli in Peringammala Panchayat of Nedumangadu Taluk in Thiruvananthapuram District.

The Management of the society vests with Governing body constituting of Ex- Officio members and nominated members, 13 in numbers. The District Collector is the Chairman of the Executive Committee. The Executive Committee meets once in two months. The power of taking decisions regarding the day to day functioning of the school vests with the Executive Committee.
